    Chan Seattle is an Asian restaurant in Seattle, Washington. The restaurant was located at Pike Place but has moved to a larger space inside the Paramount Hotel.

    Chef Heong Soon Park continues to serve up favorites like the black cod, spicy gochujang pork sliders, sot bap, duck, wild mushrooms, and truffle. He uses a blend of Korean flavors with a dose of Western ingredients and technique. They have Vegetarian Friendly, Vegan and Gluten Free Options.

    This restaurant brings locally grown, fresh, seasonal ingredients to its dishes. It is a distinctive style of dining.

    Their hours of operation are Tuesdays through Thursdays from 4:00 PM until 9:00 PM and Fridays and Saturdays from 4:00 PM until 10:00 PM. They have Happy Hour from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. They are closed on Sundays.
