Union women’s soccer ties 1-1 with Georgetown
Barbourville, Ky. – The Union Commonwealth University women's soccer team hosted Georgetown on Saturday in each team's season-opening match. The first half was scoreless, but each team scored in the second half. In the 51st minute, Union's Estrella Guerrero scored off an assist by Shaylynn Bentley. In the 68th minute, Georgetown countered as Laura Beumala scored. The game resulted in a 1-1 tie.
