Justin Timberlake had these 3 telling items with him during DWI arrest in the Hamptons

Justin Timberlake was in possession of a vape pen, expensive accessories and more than $300 in cash when he was arrested on DWI charges .

The 43-year-old singer was arrested in Sag Harbor , New York, in June after he allegedly ran a stop sign and swerved while driving his BMW. He was arrested after refusing to take a breathalyzer test and failing his field sobriety tests.

When Timberlake was placed under arrest , he was handcuffed while cops took inventory of his possessions. Timberlake's property included an expensive Rolex watch and a black vape pen, according to a police report.

The report, which was obtained by the Daily Mail , also showed Timberlake to have been in possession of a gold ring and a wallet which contained three $100 bills, one $5 bill, and one single.

While Timberlake refused to take a breathalyzer test, the officer noted he was "unable to follow police instructions correctly" and smelled of alcohol. Timberlake is said to have "started too soon" during a heel-to-toe test and missed some steps.

He also allegedly turned the wrong way and stepped out of line on six occasions. The report further claimed Timberlake had trouble balancing and was using his arms to gain balance.

Timberlake has pleaded not guilty to a misdemeanor DWI charge as he made a virtual courtroom appearance on August 2. A judge has suspended his driver's license and retracted his right to drive in the state of New York.

Timberlake's arrest followed an evening of socializing with friends at The American Hotel, during which he claimed to have consumed just "one martini." His lawyer had filed a motion to dismiss the case, insisting the singer was not intoxicated, but that has since been withdrawn.

Despite the legal drama, Timberlake has continued with his world tour. He even joked about his DWI arrest during a show at TD Garden in Boston, saying: "Is there anyone here that is driving? No, I'm just kidding."
