EL PASO COUNTY, Colo. (KKTV) - An arrest warrant was issued for a woman in Colorado tied to a ticket broker business. The El Paso County Sheriff’s Office confirmed to 11 News the warrant for Talia Yadgar tied to alleged theft is associated with Ticket Secrets LLC. According to the company’s website, they are a ticket broker service for the Denver area. Officials have called the discovery of zebra mussel veligers in the Colorado River and Government Highline Canal "devastating" after the invasive species was detected during routine testing in July.
