BOISE, Idaho (CBS2) — A 34-year-old Boise man has been sentenced to 50 years in prison for shooting a man at a house party in Boise in January 2022. Ada County Prosecutors report that 34-year-old Jed Earls was sentenced for the murder of 22-year-old James "Matt" Cuellar. Prosecutors say that Earls attended a house party on January 15, 2022.
