Man shot inside home with children present in Minneapolis' Prospect Park neighborhood
MINNEAPOLIS — A man was shot multiple times inside a home in Minneapolis' Prospect Park neighborhood Tuesday morning, police said.The shooting happened on the 2800 block of Delaware Street Southeast around 6:45 a.m., according to the Minneapolis Police Department.Responding officers found a man with multiple gunshot wounds inside a home. He was taken to Hennepin Healthcare, but police gave no word on his condition.One person was arrested in connection with the shooting.Police said the suspect and victim knew each other. Man shot in north Minneapolis alley has died, police say
MINNEAPOLIS — A man who was shot in a north Minneapolis alleyway last week later died at a hospital, police said.Officers reponded to a shooting on the 2000 block of Emerson Avenue North around 11:30 p.m. on July 8. They found a 29-year-old man with a life-threatening injury, whom first responders took to a hospital.On Friday, police were notified of the man's death. He has not been publicly identified.No arrests have been made and police are investigating.
