Rochester, MN (KROC-AM News)- An Olmsted County Judge has returned a verdict for a case involving a Rochester Police chase connected to a reported kidnapping. The incident that led to the filing of multiple felony charges occurred in late January when Rochester Police learned that 42-year-old Roderick Malone had taken his child out of Gibbs Elementary School.
