Two Charged Following Parking Lot Drug Bust
Two Oklee area men face charges following an alleged drug sale in a Thief River Falls parking lot. Rodney Arlan Smith (57) and Zachariah Howard (21) were arrested Wednesday in the Knight Avenue lot. Smith was charged with Controlled Substance Crime in the First Degree – Sale. Howard was charged with Aiding and Abetting Controlled Substance Crime in the First Degree – Sale. Authorities say the sale involved “17 Grams or More”, though it didn’t say what type of drugs were found.
