Marcy Morin, who owns Double-M Photo & Design, is joining the many people remembering the Rapidan Dam Store, as well as standing by the family who owned it. FAIRMONT, Minn. (KEYC) - Due to the forecasted weather on Thursday, July 4, the Fairmont fireworks display has been moved to Friday, July 5. The fireworks display will take place at around 10:15 p.m. over the west side of Sisseton Lake in Fairmont. At 6 p.m., a salute will be shot every hour as a countdown to the start of the show.
