St. Joseph will get a first-hand look at both animal and red kingdoms this weekend with performances, rallies and luncheons. There’s plenty to keep everyone busy in this week’s edition of See St. Joseph.

This weekend, the Missouri Theater will be hosting some royalty with CAP’s production of The Lion King Jr. Celebrate the circle of life in this timeless story of courage, friendship and destiny. Join the Creative Arts Productions in the African Savanna with Simba, Rafiki and an unforgettable cast of characters as they journey from Pride Rock to the jungle and back again in this coming-of-age tale. There will be a limited-seating performance at 10 a.m. Friday, July 26, with public performances at 7 p.m. Saturday, July 27, and 2 p.m. Sunday, July 28. Tickets can be purchased at the door or online at https://capstjoemo.org/box_office-2.
