Patricia Ann Collard passed away Thursday, July 4, 2024, at Mercy Hospital in Ada, Oklahoma at the age of 81. Patricia was born January 19, 1943 to Carl Vandeveer and Jewel (Hampton) Vandeveer. Patricia graduated from Oklahoma City Public Schools. She married Carl Collard in Texas on July 22, 1977. Patricia retired as a secretary for Hughes County District #3.

On December 5, 1948 she was united in marriage to the love of her life, Bill Whitley, who preceded her in death.
