Tallahassee man arrested for assaulting three-year-old girl in his home
TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) - A Tallahassee man is behind bars after he allegedly kidnapped and sexually assaulted a three-year-old girl, according to a probable cause affidavit. Charles Hickson is charged with sexual battery on a child younger than 12, and kidnapping a child younger than 13, according to court documents.
