WisDOT hosts summer road safety event with hands-on tips
MADISON, Wis. (WMTV) -The Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT) held an event Tuesday to inform the public on road safety this summer. The event featured numerous informative booths such as car seat fitting, driving safely in construction zones and more. Attendees were also able to meet a K-9 team, tour a Wisconsin State Patrol car and see first hand all the ways to work together to keep the roads safe.
