Missing Indiana woman believed to be in danger may be in Cincinnati
GREENSBURG, Ind. (WKRC) - Authorities are requesting assistance with locating a missing Indiana woman who is believed to be in extreme danger. According to authorities, 19-year-old Mia Wilson went missing from Greensburg, Indiana. She was last seen on Wednesday, July 17 at 6:00 p.m. Police believe she may be in the Cincinnati area.
Johnson County, IN to Build New $2.5M Recycling Center
Construction will start soon on a new county recycling center in Franklin. The Johnson County Solid Waste Management District Board awarded a bid to Runnebohm Construction Co. last month for the construction of a new 10,000-square-foot recycling center. A bid for $2.5 million was approved, but the county council has approved a $3.2 million total bond that also includes soft costs and contingency funds.

Man sentenced for role in road death
One of two drivers involved in an August 2023 crash south of Seymour that led to the death of a Greenfield woman was sentenced Thursday afternoon in Jackson Circuit Court. Austin Robert Cooper, who was 22 and a resident of Austin at the time of the road rage incident that left Ashlea Albertson dead, will not serve any time in jail but will spend the next 1,822 days (five years) on probation, according to the sentenced handed down by Jackson Circuit Judge Richard W. Poynter. His license also was suspended for a year and he was ordered to pay $500 in restitution.

Terry Lynn Ostermyer, 76, of New Palestine passed away June 13th at her home surrounded by her family after a lengthy illness. Terry was born in Martinsville Indiana on June 20th, 1947. She worked at Lane Bryant for 35 years in various departments. Terry loved to travel, places like Hawaii and Florida were some of her favorites having visited them both several times. She loved her bus trips to casinos with her friends and co? workers. She loved to paint, do jig-saw puzzles with her family, many times the kitchen table would have a 1000pc Thomas Kincaid puzzle being worked on. After family gatherings there was always a big card game going on that she loved. She loved cooking and feeding people, always making pies, cookies, cakes and zucchini bread that will be copied but never match hers. For years she donated to the St. Jude Children’s Hospital.
