GI Home Federal Advances To Semi's Of Mike Peterson Tournament
(Lincoln, NE) - Two more wins for Grand Island Home Federal on Saturday in Lincoln advanced GI to a Sunday semi-final matchup vs Papillion Pinnacle Bank. First pitch is set for 11:00 am at Den Hartog Field. Grand Island would defeat Lincoln Northwest first 10-0 in five innings Saturday and then turn around and defeated Sioux Falls West 9-1 in five innings. Grand Island is now 23-7. The next broadcast on KRGI 1430/105.5 & krgi.com will be game two of a double header at Ryder Park on Wednesday, July 3rd at 2:30 pm as GI hosts Lincoln Pius X.
