Dallas police seek publics help in locating missing man
DALLAS, Texas - The Dallas Police Department is asking for assistance in locating Mr. John Steven Starks. On July 25, 2024, at approximately 1:30 p.m., Mr. Starks was last seen in the 10900 block of Webb Chapel Road. He left the area on foot and may be confused and in need of assistance, according to a press release from the department. Mr. Starks is described as a 62-year-old white male, 5'10", 190 pounds, bald with brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a white t-shirt, black track pants, gray shoes, and using a walker. Persons with information are asked to call the Dallas Police Department at (214) 671-4268.
Rowlett police seek juvenile suspect in triple shooting at city park
ROWLETT, Texas — Rowlett Police are actively searching for a juvenile suspect involved in a triple shooting at Twin Star Park that left three family members injured. On January 13, 2023, at 9:19 p.m., officers responded to a shooting call at Twin Star Park, located at 6417 Fairfield Dr. in Rowlett, Texas. Upon arrival, they found two adults and a 14-year-old female, all from the same family, suffering from gunshot wounds. The victims were transported by Rowlett Fire Rescue to a local hospital for treatment.
