Two arraigned on drug charges
LEWISTOWN — A Newburg man and a Lewistown man are facing drug charges after police said they were found with fentanyl and methamphetamine. Tyler James Schlusser, 33, was arraigned before Magisterial District Judge Kent Smith Sunday on charges of felonies, possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, illegal possession of a firearm, flight to avoid apprehension; misdemeanors, resisting arrest and evading arrest; summaries, driving an unregistered vehicle and driving with a suspended license.
Shippensburg Smoke Shop Burglary: Suspect Identified and Wanted
State Police in Carlisle have issued an arrest warrant for Jessica Stine, identified as the primary suspect in a major theft at the Shippensburg Vape and Smoke Shop. The burglary, which occurred in October 2022 at the shop located at 304 N Earl Street, resulted in a significant loss with stolen items valued at approximately $24,063.80.
