HANCOCK, Mich. (WZMQ) – The Hancock Police Department has identified the suspect as 22-year-old Joshua Kemppainen of Quincy Township. Kemppainen is not believed to have had any previous contact with local law enforcement. The victim, who had been run over by the ATV and left in critical condition, was released from the hospital Wednesday evening.
