Body of 18-year-old found in Mount Carroll, state police say
MOUNT CARROLL, Ill. — The body of an 18-year-old was found on Sunday in Carroll County, according to the Illinois State Police. Details are limited, but ISP says the Carroll County Sheriff's Office reached out around 11:30 a.m. on July 28, asking the state agency to conduct a death investigation after a body was found on Illinois Route 78 just north of Mount Carroll.
