Shared amenities will include a 24-hour fitness center, sauna, study areas and a large outdoor hot tub. The community will also feature a 220-space parking garage for resident use. The property was formerly home to the Temple Concord sanctuary, which is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Current plans for the building call for the transformation of the space into a gathering area.
