H-E-B recently announced Frisco’s second store is set to open at 6 a.m. on Aug. 7, 2024, marking the 15th location in North Texas. The first Frisco location at 4800 Main Street opened in September 2022. It didn’t take long for new Tarrant Appraisal District board members to make their mark on how the district handles property appraisals. On Monday, during the first official meeting since the historic May election of three new members by taxpayers, the board voted to drastically change the district’s appraisal process.
