Urban Bird Hot Chicken Plans to Debut Two Outposts in San Antonio

Nashville-style hot chicken concept Urban Bird Hot Chicken plans to debut two new outposts in San Antonio, according to MySA .

The first, currently undergoing interior renovations at 22106 US 281 N. , Suite 102 , will land near Stone Oak establishments such as Chipotle, Plantology, and Potbelly.

The second, coming to 8802 Potranco Road , Suite 111 , will soon be neighbor to eateries including Bojangles and Burger Boy.

What Now San Antonio reached out to Brandon Gawthorp , the concept’s owner, to inquire about the expansion, but he could not provide additional information before publication. Nevertheless, according to the Urban Bird Hot Chicken website , both spots are “coming soon.”

For readers unfamiliar with Urban Bird, “The chain first opened in 2020 and has peppered at least a dozen locations throughout Houston, and a location in Round Rock north of Austin,” according to MySA .
