Join San Diego State Head Coach Sean Lewis and his team at the annual Aztec Football Fan Fest, three weeks before the season begins.

Snapdragon Stadium will host the fest at 5 p.m. Aug. 10.

Tickets are free, but must be claimed online. Fans may claim up to six general-admission tickets. Parking is $10 and may be purchased in advance while securing tickets.

Lewis is entering his first season at SDSU after serving as head coach at Kent State from 2018-22, then spending the 2023 campaign as offensive coordinator/quarterbacks coach at Colorado under head coach Deion Sanders.

He also worked as a coordinator or assistant coach in stops at Syracuse (2016-17), Bowling Green (2014-15) and Eastern Illinois (2012-13).

Fans had a taste of what Aztec football will look like under his leadership at the spring game in April. Quarterbacks AJ Duffy, Javance Tupou’ata-Johnson and Kyle Crum each logged playing time with Duffy passing for 112 yards and two touchdowns,

Lucky Sutton added a 1-yard touchdown run as the Aztecs scored on nine of their 14 offensive possessions in the game.

Cody Moon led the defense with five tackles, while five others Aztecs had four each.

SDSU’s season begins Aug. 31 when the team hosts Texas A&M-Commerce. The game will air live on truTV, the result of a new multi-year agreement between the Mountain West conference and TNT Sports.
