SFPD responded to 19th Avenue and Judah Street after receiving reports of a car collision involving a pedestrian. Upon arriving, SFPD found the woman lying on the ground, suffering from life-threatening injuries.

SFPD said the driver who crashed into the woman remained on scene and cooperated with the investigation. “Impairment due to drugs or alcohol do not appear to be a factor,” PD said.

Police rendered aid to the woman and took her to a nearby hospital.
