Spillway fails, levy fractured on Hubbard Lake in rural Centralia
Marion County Sheriff Kevin Cripps says the spillway has failed and the levee is in fractured status at Hubbard Lake off of Lake Road in rural Centralia. Some roads remain closed due to flooding
Salem Township Road Commissioner Joe Telford says all roads crossing Crooked Creek, which includes, Robin, South College, South Hotze, South Hoots Chapel and West Line Road remain flooded Wednesday morning. He notes West Line Road is the designated detour for the Odin Road Bridge construction but cannot be used for that purpose until further notice.

Selmaville Grade School’s new administration settles in
The Selmaville Grade School has a new Superintendent and Principal. The school board hired Brittany Boldt as Superintendent this spring and Kristi Consolino was named Principal at a special meeting earlier this month.
