According to the official real estate listing, the couple hopes to fetch $899,000 for the five-bedroom, two-bathroom Santa Clarita property. The 1,800-square-foot home includes an open-concept living space and a small but well-appointed backyard.

The decision to sell comes as a big surprise to many Duggar family followers. The Vuolos only purchased the property in August 2022. They paid $830,000 for the house and embarked on several renovation projects. The home seems big enough to house Jinger and Jeremy Vuolo’s current family. After all, the duo are parents to just two children and don’t seem in any rush to add more kids to the mix. So, why exactly are they selling?

Jinger and Jeremy had previously opened up about their decision to set down roots in California. Jinger said she wasn’t sure if the house was her forever home but liked where the family was at for the moment.
