Woman killed in Santa Rosa, $5K reward offered to find suspect

( KRON ) — A Santa Rosa woman was found dead with a stab wound on Sunday night, the Santa Rosa Police Department said. A reward of up to $5,000 is being offered to anyone who can find her killer.

Police were called to the Prince Memorial Greenway between Santa Rosa Avenue and A Street just after 11 p.m. Sunday for the report of a female down on the ground. She was declared dead at the scene.

The victim is a 61-year-old woman from Santa Rosa. Police are withholding her name until her family is identified.

SRPD is still searching for the killer. The Sonoma County Alliance Community Engagement and Safety Rewards Fund is offering a reward of up to $5,000 to anyone who provides information leading to an arrest.
