Construction for Affordable Housing Project Patterson Point to Begin This Week
The Housing Authority of the County of Santa Barbara will begin construction at 80 North Patterson Avenue in Goleta, California the week of July 22, 2024. The new development, to be called Patterson Point, is located on the East side of North Patterson Avenue adjacent to Northbound Highway 101 off-ramp. Construction is anticipated to last approximately nine months.

Get ready for an action-packed morning with several fun activities. Berkeley Park is located behind Kellogg School. There are two entrances to the park – one on Berkeley Road and another on Arundel Road. Opening remarks will begin at 9:15 a.m. and the community cleanup starts at 10:00 a.m. This bilingual event will have live Spanish interpretation.
