St. Cloud man leads police on chase
A male in his 30s led the Stearns Sheriff's Office on a vehicle pursuit on Monday. On July 1, 2024, the Stearns County Sheriff’s Office arrested a 37-year-old male from St. Cloud for felony Fleeing Police in a Motor Vehicle and suspicion of Driving While Under the Influence. Deputies attempted to stop the man in the city of St. Cloud for traffic violations, but he refused to stop. He then led law enforcement officers on a pursuit that ended near Melrose. The man was taken into custody and transported to the Stearns County Jail.
