Join Kenny K & the Way Tonight for a Free Concert in Sayreville; First in "Tuesday Tunes in the Park" Series

SAYREVILLE, NJ -- Join fellow borough residents as Kenny K & The Way will be performing at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, July 23, at Kennedy Park, 807 Washington Road, for a two-hour show. The event is part of the borough's "Tuesday Tunes in the Park" series that kicks off tonight.

Kenny K originates from Asbury Park, where he learned the craft from other musicians and other music industry professionals. He taught himself how to strum the guitar.

Although Kenny never saw himself as a musician, that all changed one night upon performing at an open-mic night. It was there, through the encouragement from the crowd, when “Kenny K & The Way” was born.

Kenny’s style includes welcoming other performers and singers from other groups, enabling him to be inclusive and experimental with new music.
