ALLENTOWN, Pa. - The show must go on. Rainy weather in Allentown didn't stop the city from putting on its July 4th fireworks display at J. Birney Crum Stadium. The fireworks went off early -- before it was completely dark -- because of concerns over thunderstorms.

GREENWICH TWP., Pa. - PennDOT officials announced Friday that pre-construction activities for the I-78 Lenhartsville Bridge Replacement Project are set to begin. On or about Monday, July 8th, the project's contractors, Bridging Pennsylvania Constructors (BPC) and Major Bridge Subcontractor’s H&K Group, will begin the first of five main construction stages of for the replacement and widening of the existing I-78 bridge over Maiden Creek and PA-143.
