Scottsdale mother sentenced to over 11 years for fentanyl overdose death of toddler
SCOTTSDALE, AZ (AZFamily) — A Scottsdale mother whose baby died of a fentanyl overdose in 2022 has been sentenced to over 11 years in prison. Maricopa County Attorney Rachel Mitchell announced the sentencing on Monday. Gabrielle Marshall, 34, was ordered to serve 11 years and six months in prison, followed by 10 years on probation.
