SCRANTON, LACKAWANNA COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) — A man is arrested after an investigation into a car theft from an auto dealership in the City of Scranton.

Police say Morris talked with employees and was able to sneak keys away to a 2021 Honda Civic, that he later stole.

On Tuesday officers said they issued a warrant for Morris’s arrest and he was found driving the stolen Honda Civic and had keys to GMC that was reported stolen in a separate incident.

Morris is charged with theft and receiving stolen property. He remains in the Lackawanna County Prison on a $20,000 bail.
