Montgomery County detectives are investigating a shooting in Germantown on Wednesday night in which bullets struck a residence, according to police. The opening of the new Wegmans grocery store at B.F. Saul's Twinbrook Quarter development on Rockville Pike at Halpine Road won't take place until sometime next year.
