Full Schedule Released: Kraken Begin Season On Home Ice

The NHL released the 2024-25 regular season schedule and the Seattle Kraken will begin the season on home ice against the St. Louis Blues.

The Kraken play in 12 back-to-backs throughout the season. The longest stretch of games at Climate Pledge Arena runs from Nov. 8 to Nov 20 when Seattle hosts six straight matchups that include the Vegas Golden Knights and the Chicago Blackhawks.

The Kraken travel for two five-game-long road trips. The first includes matchups against the Eastern Canadian teams, the Boston Bruins and the Colorado Avalanche from Oct. 29 to Nov. 5; and the second starts Jan. 9 in Columbus before going to Buffalo, Detroit, Pittsburg and Winnipeg.

The Kraken will play their first and only matchup in Utah on Apr. 8, the fourth-last game of the regular season. The Kraken will also finish their season with matchups against the Vegas Golden Knights, Blues and the Los Angeles Kings.

The first overall pick Macklin Celebrini could play his first game in Seattle on Nov. 30 if he decides to play in the NHL instead of going back to college for his sophomore season.

Fans won't have to wait long to see new signings Brandon Montour and Chandler Stephenson in action as the excitement surrounding the team continues to build.

The 2024-25 NHL season starts in just four over months.
