The Seahawks will report to training camp tomorrow at the VMAC in beautiful, Renton, WA. Before the pads go on and the real work preparing for the 2024 NFL season begins, Seattle's front office still has a couple more boxes to check to fill out the roster. At the top of the list has to be their offensive line and they're seemingly working towards a solution there. Today the team is hosting former Cowboys and Dolphins offensive lineman Connor Williams for a visit and he's the best free agent interior lineman still on the market.

If he signs Williams would project as their starting center and answer the team's biggest question mark on offense, thus setting them up to start the season without any glaring holes on their starting 22. Williams may not be the only new face in the building, though. According to Aaron Wilson , the team also worked out four other free agents yesterday. Here's a quick review of who came by.

WR Devin Carter (6-foot-3, 216 pounds)

An undrafted receiver out of NC State and West Virginia, Carter would provide more size for a receiver corps that is relatively small outside of DK Metcalf. In 49 career college games Carter posted 118 catches, 1,906 yards and 10 touchdowns.

QB Adrian Martinez (6-foot-3, 225 pounds)

Martinez played four years at Nebraska and then transferred to Kansas State for the 2022 season. All together, he put up 9,752 passing yards, 51 touchdowns 31 interceptions and a 138.3 rating. Martinez would compete with P.J. Walker for the third quarterback spot on the depth chart beneath Geno Smith and Sam Howell.

WR Jesse Matthews (6-foot-0, 190 pounds)

Another option at wideout, Matthews played his college ball at San Diego State, racking up 174 catches, 2,109 receiving yards and 15 touchdowns. Unfortunately, Matthews tore his ACL and spent the entire 2023 season on Houston's injured reserve list.

OT Jalen Sundell (6-foot-5, 301 pounds)

Last but not least, the Seahawks also worked out another lineman. Sundell played his college career at NDSU, where he started 15 games at left tackle last season. He also has experience at center and earned a very strong 89.2 pass blocking grade from PFF last year.

None of these four workouts are likely to cost the Seahawks much if they do end up signing. Williams is another story, though. At the moment the team has just under $8.5 million in cap space left for the 2024 season.
