    Brothers indicted, allegedly used brass knuckles to fight security at Tyson Foods in Sedalia

    SEDALIA, Mo. (KMIZ)

    Two brothers were indicted by a grand jury for their alleged role in a fight with security at Tyson Foods in Sedalia.

    Kieno Koouch and Kenoi Koouch were both charged with accessory to unlawful use of a weapon, accessory to armed criminal action and two misdemeanors: Unlawful possession of an illegal weapon and accessory to fourth-degree assault. A grand jury indictment was filed on Thursday. An arraignment is scheduled for both men at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, July 30.

    According to the probable cause statement, Pettis County deputies were called to Tyson Foods at 2:32 a.m. June 7. Both men were being restrained on the ground by security and allegedly had brass knuckles, the statement says. Kenoi Koouch allegedly also threatened staff with a knife, according to the statement.

    Kenoi Koouch was allegedly intoxicated and “acting belligerent” so security tried escorting him off the property, the statement says. He then allegedly pull out a knife and brass knuckles, and he and Kieno Koouch started to fight security, the statement says. Several people allegedly witnessed the fight.
