Grand Forks police asking your help in identifying robbery suspect
GRAND FORKS, ND — Grand Forks police are searching for an armed robbery suspect. The robbery happened on Wednesday near a business along South Washington Street, where the suspect was seen trying to steal a locked electric scooter with a pair of bolt cutters. A man confronted the suspect, and police say he responded by raising the bolt cutters in the air, threatening to hit the man before he fled the scene.

41-year-old man sentenced to 25 years for Rapid City rape
RAPID CITY, S.D. (KELO) — A man was sentenced to 25 years in the penitentiary for forcible rape of a woman in March 2023. Timothy King, 41, of Manderson in Oglala Lakota County, pled guilty of second-degree rape in January 2024, according to the Pennington County State’s Attorney’s Office. He was sentenced on Tuesday in Rapid City.
