Construction of Longview's FRESH by Brookshire's store to start in spring
LONGVIEW, Texas — Brookshire Grocery Co. said it will officially kick off construction of Longview’s new Fresh by Brookshires on July 30. The public is invited that day to the 9 a.m. groundbreaking ceremony at the northwest corner of North Eastman Road and North Fourth St., where the store will be located.
Baseball Earns ABCA Team Academic Honors
LONGVIEW, Texas — The LeTourneau baseball team notched one more honor for the 2024 season as the YellowJackets earned Team Academic Excellence accolades from the American Baseball Coaches Association (ABCA). It is the second time in the last three seasons LeTourneau has garnered the award. The YellowJackets also collected the award in 2022. To earn the honor, teams must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale during the academic year.
