According to the Polk County Sheriff’s department, Henry Maynard got very upset that his grandmother sat a candy bar on his computer. Maynard got so upset, that he actually ran over his grandmother with his car.

PINELLAS COUNTY, Florida — Deputies are investigating a fatal crash involving a deputy in Lealman. According to the Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office, the incident occurred on July 14, 2024, at approximately 12:50 a.m. Deputy Lira-Rangel, a 33-year-old officer hired on August 9, 2020, was driving a fully marked agency-issued Chevrolet Tahoe southbound on 49th Street North in the median lane. As he approached 58th Avenue North, an unknown female in a red pickup truck traveling northbound pointed toward the southbound lanes, seemingly attempting to alert him to something. This diverted Deputy Lira-Rangel's attention from the road, and he felt a bump.

In July 1992, an unidentified white male was found on a sidewalk in St. Petersburg, Florida at 19th Street and Central Avenue. St. Petersburg is located in Pinellas County on Florida's gulf coast and is part of the Tampa Bay area. The unknown man was transported to Bayfront Medical Center where he was diagnosed with head trauma. Two months later, he was transferred to Gulfport Convalescent Center Nursing Home, where he later died on October 9, 1992. He became known as Pinellas County John Doe.
