OCONEE COUNTY, S.C. (WSPA) — A man turned himself in to the Oconee County Sheriff’s Law Enforcement Center earlier this week for multiple counts of criminal sexual conduct with a minor.

According to the sheriff’s office, Kevin Bradley Turner, 41, has been charged with the following:

    • One count of Criminal Sexual Conduct with a Minor – First Degree
    • Three counts of Criminal Sexual Conduct with a Minor – Second Degree

Warrants detail instances in which Turner allegedly committed the crimes, one instance dating back to January 2019, when Turner is accused of touching a child less than 11 years old.

The other three charges stem from things Turner allegedly did between March and July 2024, where Turner put his hands underneath a teenager’s clothes.

Based on evidence obtained in the investigation, a deputy arrested Turner and took him to jail on Tuesday, July 16.

Turner will appear before a judge regarding bond at a later time.
