CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) - U.S. Marshals said they have arrested a 27-year-old woman in connection to a deadly shooting on the city’s West side. According to a press release, Jasmine Spencer was arrested early Friday at an apartment on West 33rd Street, near the site of the deadly shooting.
