City of Wolfforth issues boil water notice for Wolfforth Place Neighborhood
WOLFFORTH, Texas (NEWS RELEASE) - Due to a loss of water pressure below 20 psi, the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality has required the Wolfforth Place public water system to notify customers in the Wolfforth Place TX 1520199 to boil their water prior to consumption (e.g. washing hands/face, brushing teeth, drinking, etc.). Children, seniors and persons with weakened immune systems are particularly vulnerable to harmful bacteria, and all customers should follow these directions.

We had a handful of business updates and announcements during the past week, along with the sweet return of the review team for National Ice Cream Day on Sunday. An update on Shaq's Big Chicken location developed this week. The restaurant at 7411 Milwaukee Ave. plans to open within the next two weeks, pending any unexpected changes. On opening day, which has not been identified, the first 34 customers will receive gift cards for free chicken for a year. The cards will be loaded with $10 every week for the year.
