Arrest Made In Martin Shooting Incident
Martin, Tenn.–Martin Police have made an arrest in the shooting incident that occurred Monday, June 24, at 9:02pm Main St. at Virginia St. in Martin. Christopher Thomas Robinson, age 42, from Greenfield, has been arrested on one count of aggravated assault and eight counts of reckless endangerment in regards to firing a 9mm handgun and striking the victim’s vehicle with two of the rounds. Further investigation revealed that the offender did fire the handgun at the victim’s vehicle eight times, according to Chief Phillip Fuqua.
Recovery and Investigation of Martin Plane Crash Continues
The City of Martin Fire/Rescue has been back on the scene this morning with the FAA and NTSB. There is currently a recovery company removing the plane from the wooded area. The South Fulton community is in the midst of a concerning situation as authorities continue their search for Jobbar Bailey, a 17-year-old nonverbal teen with Autism who has been reported missing since early Tuesday morning. According to a report by FOX 5 Atlanta, Bailey was last seen at his home on Grey Fox Way around 4:20 a.m., wearing a blue shirt, gray shorts, and no shoes.
