Fans Are Asking Kimberly Guilfoyle To 'Stop With The Plastic Surgery' After Seeing Her Transformation From 2020 To Present

Shortly after Kimberly Guilfoyle delivered a speech and appeared with fellow Republicans at the Fiserv Forum in Milwaukee for the Republican National Convention last week, social media users and her fans on TikTok began scrutinizing the mom of one’s transformation.

Many compared the television news personality’s 2024 address to her 2020 RNC appearance, commenting on how “different” the former prosecutor, 55, looked four years later. Meanwhile, online speculation about her undergoing plastic and cosmetic surgeries continues to circulate.

Kimberly Guilfoyle Continues To Spark Plastic Surgery Rumors On TikTok After 2024 RNC Appearance

On July 18th, popular TikTok account @therecount shared a side-by-side video comparison of Guilfoyle speaking in 2020 and her recent 2024 RNC speech. Fans headed to the comments section to share their thoughts. “Stop with the plastic surgery. the best is yet to come,” one wrote as another added: “It’s the filler detaching from her skin.” Someone else replied: “The only thing that’s changed was her cosmetic procedures.” An additional user quipped: “Only difference is more lip injections.”

Of course, this isn't the first time that Guilfoyle has faced plastic surgery rumors and photo-editing accusations from her followers.

Earlier this spring while she was actively promoting her newly published children’s book, The Princess & Her Pup , many accused the partner of Donald Trump Jr. of undergoing cosmetic procedures such as “lip and cheek fillers.”

The List consulted an expert last week who suspects Guilfoyle may have undergone filler treatments. Dr. Mariano Busso, a Board Certified Cosmetic Dermatologist with practices in Beverly Hills and Miami, shared his observations with the publication.

While Guilfoyle is not one of his patients, Dr. Busso noted that he believes her appearance has noticeably transformed over the past four years.

"There are two main facial changes between Mrs. Guilfoyle's appearance at the RNC in 2020 and 2024," Busso shared. "First, she has significantly aged shown by her hollowing under her eyes, accentuation of her nasolabial folds (smile lines), increased jowls and skin laxity of the neck."

The doctor added: "These changes contrast with the increased size of her lips most likely due to the addition of dermal fillers."

Guilfoyle (who has been romantically linked to Donald Trump 's eldest son since 2018 and engaged to him since 2020) has not yet addressed the allegations , neither confirming nor denying them.
