12 Points continues to grow as new park opens
TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTHI) - One group continues to bring new life to 12 Points. On Friday, the 12 Points Revitalization Organization held a ribbon cutting for a new park. The new park is called "Visionary Point." Visionary Point features three swings, a walkway, and a statue of Walter Philips.

Linton parade postponed until 2:30 p.m.
LINTON, Ind. (WTWO) — The annual Fourth of July parade in Linton is postponed for several hours today because of weather concerns. This year marks the 118th time the Freedom Festival Parade will be held. It’s the largest Independence Day parade in Indiana and will feature more than 100 floats, marching bands, jeeps, clowns, and emergency vehicles.
