Shelby County Arrest Report

(Shelby Co) The Shelby County Sheriff’s Office released their arrest report for the month of June.

Dallas Paul Steinkuehler, 28, of Woodbine, was arrested following a traffic stop on M16 on June 4th. Steinkuehler was transported to the Shelby County Jail and charged with Driving while Barred.

Daniel Raymond Harris, 58, of Harlan, was arrested after a call for service on Highway 44 on June 7th. Harris was transported to the Shelby County Jail and charged with No Valid Driver’s License, Failure to maintain control, and OWI first offense.

Kendra Kathleen Kyle, 30, of Avoca, was arrested after a traffic stop on Chatburn Avenue on June 8th. Kyle was transported to the Shelby County Jail and charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Gavin Patrick Burroughs, 19, of Harlan, was arrested after a traffic stop on Farnam Street on June 8th. Burroughs was transported to the Shelby County Jail and charged with OWI-1st offense.

Brandon Hillgartner, 44, of Harlan, was arrested after a traffic stop on Chatburn Avenue on June 9th. Hillgartner was transported to the Shelby County Jail and charged with OWI- 1st Offense, and Speeding.

Adam Richard Mardesen, 50, of Elk Horn, was arrested after a traffic stop on Yucca Road on June 9th. Mardesen was transported to the Shelby County Jail and charged with Failure to Use Safety Belt, Operating Non-Registered Vehicle, Failure to Provide Proof of Financial Liability, and Possession of a controlled substance.

Reid Jeffrey Hemminger, 39, of Harlan, was arrested on June 10th and transported to the Shelby County Jail on an Active Shelby County Warrant.

Anthony Schwery, 28, of Defiance, was arrested after a traffic stop on June 16th. Schwery was transported to the Shelby County Jail and charged with Failure to Maintain Control, and OWI – First offense.

Emma Jo Rossell, 20, of Harlan, was arrested after a call for service on June 16th and transported to the Shelby County Jail. Rossell was charged with Disorderly Conduct-Fighting/Violence.

Rex Dean McDermott, 57, of Elk Horn, was arrested after a call for service on June 18th and transported to the Shelby County Jail. McDermott was charged with Driving while Barred, driving while License Denied or Revoked, and Operating without Interlock.

Orin Wesley Wright III, 31, of Kirkman, was arrested after a call for service on June 20th and transported to the Shelby County Jail. Wright was charged with OWI-1st offense.

Steven Glenn Herrington, 60, of Council Bluffs, was arrested on June 21st and transported to the Shelby County Jail on an active Shelby County Warrant.

Gage Michael Johnston, 27, of Henderson, was arrested June 23rd after a call for service and transported to the Shelby County Jail. Johnston was charged with Theft 1st degree, Speeding, No valid Driver’s license, and Failure to Yield to Emergency Vehicle.

Camryn Rose Casebeer, 19, of Harlan, was arrested after a traffic stop on 12th street on June 23rd and transported to the Shelby County Jail. Casebeer was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Improper registration plate lamp, Person under 21 using Tobacco/Vape products.

Lachelle Jean Petersen, 37, of Atlantic, was arrested June 27th and transported to the Shelby County Jail on an active Shelby County warrant.

Susan Yvonne King, 62, of Harlan, was arrested and transported to the Shelby County Jail after a traffic stop on Willow Street on June 30th. King was charged with OWI-1st offense, Failure to Provide Proof of Financial Liability, and Driving on Wrong Side of Two-Way Highway.
