SCOM seeking bids for drainage improvements until March 5

Shelby County Outreach Ministries, Inc. will receive sealed bids until Tuesday March 5, 2024, at 2:00 p.m. for a drainage improvement project. Proposals received late will not be considered. For proposal/contract documents, contact the architect at 936-8752320, or cphilp@mckinleygolden. com.

Proposers will be qualified with the architect prior to receiving proposal documents. Only official plan holders will receive an addendum. Site visits can be scheduled with the owner prior to the bid date by contacting 936-598-4990.

Shelby County Outreach Ministries, Inc. reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or to waive any informalities in the proposals. Proposals may be held by Shelby County Outreach Ministries, Inc. for a period not to exceed 30 days from the date of the opening, for the purpose of reviewing the proposal.
