Public input is sought on plans for construction of a roundabout at the intersection of Lexington-Springmill and Home roads in Troy Township. The Richland County Engineer’s Office, in coordination with the Ohio Department of Transportation District 3, is proposing the $4.6 million project that includes the relocation of the B&O Trail along with stormwater updates, culvert replacements and street lighting improvements.
