North Charleston troop leader receives prestigious Girl Scouts award
NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCSC) - A Lowcountry Girl Scout leader has been recognized with the highest honor the organization awards. Tracy Robinson-Hughes of Hanahan is the leader of the Girl Scout Troop at Royal Missionary Baptist Church in North Charleston. She has been the head of the troop there for more than 10 years.
